All GetSeat prices are per vehicle, never per person. The price covers your whole private party up to the maximum passenger capacity of the selected vehicle, with no hidden fees or extra seat charges.
Where and how do I meet my driver upon arrival?
At airports (Thessaloniki SKG, Athens ATH) your chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall right after the baggage reclaim area, holding a sign with your name (or at the specific meeting point stated in your confirmation). At ferry ports your driver meets you at the disembarkation gate. Before you arrive, we email you your driver's phone number and vehicle details.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed or lands early, your pickup time is updated automatically at no extra cost, and your fixed price includes free waiting time after landing.
Are child and baby safety seats provided?

Can I book a return transfer from my hotel or villa?

What are your cancellation and payment options?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. You can pay securely online by credit or debit card during booking, or pay your driver directly on arrival by cash or card.
